Self-Portrait

As an artist, I am frequently asked to describe my photographic style. Because I often view subjects of interest in an abstract way, I decided to capture my “portrait” (represented in each image as a shadow figure) juxtaposed against wildly abstract backgrounds exhibiting vivid colors, forms and perspectives. The results provide a succinct characterization of my photographic “style”.
