Honoring Picasso

Honoring Picasso is an homage to Pablo Picasso (1881-1973). My work has been heavily influenced by his efforts in surrealism, cubism and impressionism among other periods represented in his enormous body of work.

These images build on several [Picasso-ish] variables namely (a) juxtaposition of diverse elements, (b) intense colors, (c) odd scales and (d) angular view perspectives. The images are not intended to present an abstract interpretation of any specific thing. Rather, they serve to suggest what is possible conceptually when diverse elements are presented as an artistic idea.
